Quick description about uehoppingdemo:

UE hopping is an implementation of Frequency hopping within 5G. UE hopping implements frequency hopping by using the fact that 5G UEs are allocated to different resource blocks. What this means is that by checking the relative link quality of the users, messages can be sent along different frequencies. This allows for lower error rate for priority messages, allowing users to avoid frequencies which may be jammed.
