swiftmailer

We have hosted the application swiftmailer in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about swiftmailer:

SwiftMailer is a well-established PHP component/library for sending email. It provides a flexible, object-oriented interface to construct email messages (with support for plain text, HTML, attachments, inline images, etc.), manage transports (SMTP, Sendmail, other transports), and use plugins for things like logging, throttling or decoration. It has been widely used in web applications and frameworks. However, it has been archived/declared end of life: maintenance ceased around November 2021, and its authors recommend migration to Symfony Mailer.

Features:

• Multiple transports: SMTP, Sendmail, or custom transport implementations
• Building multipart messages: plain text, HTML, attachments, embedded images etc
• Plugin system (anti-flood, decorators, logging, etc.) for extending behavior in sending or modifying messages
• Support for character set, encoding, setting headers, customizing message metadata
• Good for large attachments; memory usage is optimized for attachments/streams etc.
• Detailed debugging and logging tools; ability to queue or spool messages in certain environments
