Mojo-Webqq is a Perl-based smart QQ client framework built atop Mojolicious. It provided features like password or QR code login, group management, friend/event notifications, and HTTP API interfaces across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Its development has since ceased, especially following QQ's service discontinuation.

• Supported QQ login via username/password or QR code (though may now be invalid)
• Group management: kicking, muting, setting admin, modifying member cards, inviting users, group check-ins
• Friend/group list retrieval and real-time event notifications (joins, leaves, etc.)
